A real estate transaction may be the largest business transaction in a client’s life. Therefore, I must be a valued asset to my clients by providing them with the highest quality service where I: 
• Manage the work as if I were the client - be fair and reasonable while treating you with courtesy and respect while providing, accurate, timely and relevant information to help you find or sell a property in the most cost-effective manner. 

• Will be ready to act for my client when s/he needs me, and I will make myself available wherever and whenever necessary. 

• My goal is that the client will never be surprised about developments in anything I am handling. Provide regular updates on the progress of the clients matters, including all significant developments and changes to timeline or financials. 

• Confirm intentions and expectations, collect, store, use and disclose client personal information only in accordance with New York State Law.
