Home inspection is my fulltime occupation. It is something I do because I enjoy it and I am very good at it. As the owner, my business success and reputation are very important to me and I will put in the time and make every effort to provide you with the highest quality home inspection and reporting. When the home inspection is completed you will know what you have, the condition it is in, and be given sound advice on corrections and their priority.
I hold a State of Michigan residential builder license and have extensive knowledge in both historic (pre WWII) and modern home structures, construction materials and mechanical systems.
I am an independent home inspector and a member of the Independent Home Inspectors of North America. I provide complete and total independence from real estate brokers. I do not solicit or rely on real estate brokers as a source for clients. I am independent and work only for you.
