Because negotiation skills are so critical and necessary in real estate transactions, the Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) designation was created to recognize agents who have taken the extra step to receive professional negotiation training. The CNEdesignation shows advanced training and skill development in this key area, and clients can be much more confident in their agent's ability to help them achieve their desired goals if the agent has earned the CNE designation.

Taking the 12 hours of coursework to earn the designation was well worth it. My clients see that I have a plan to meet their objectives and that I bring special expertise to the table. I enjoy problem solving for others and am able to handle even heated situations which professionalism. I believe this truly sets me apart in Lane County.
