I have been a real estate agent for nine years and work in a family team. My Mother started in real estate over 30 years ago. We as a family work together to help our clients achieve their goal of buying or selling real estate. We feel with our experience and dedication we can make a possitive difference in the real estate profession and earn a living for our families. We have been very successful and have over the past years been 1st 2nd and 3rd in the state in pruduction. I am e-certified and a relocation specialist for Prudential. I enjoy working in real estate because it enables me to help others. Each day is totally different and helps me to learn different ways to solve my buyers or sellers problems.
I have had the opportunity to work in many areas of real estate over the past 9 years. With a family buisness I started out working a sub division and sitting a model home, then I worked as a buyers agent and also with sellers from starter home to multi million dollar homes. With the experience of a Mother that has been in the industry for 30 + years I have observed the different situations and have had the opportunity to learn from a seasoned agent what to do and what not to do. I feel that real estate is the best investment you can have if done right. I currently have 7 properties I have invested in and hope to do many more.
I am an educator. I help my clients understand the real estate market and what they need to do to make the most money with their envestments. That could be their primary home or a rental property or a raw piece of land to be developed. What ever you are wanting to do in real estate I feel I have the knowledge and integrity to get it done right.
