After 10 years as a maintenance supervior for a 750,000 sq. ft. hospital in New York , I moved to Palm Coast Florida. I have been a resident of Flagler County since 1989. For the past 20 years I have owned and operated a home improvement and repair company. Note: The NACHI Code of Ethics prohibits me from doing repair work on properties I inspect, preventing a conflict of interest, My responsibility is to provide an unbiased objective third party report on the apparent condition of the home at the time of inspection.
