Frederick R. Giebel, Jr., a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, is FHA approved and a principal of the firm. He has been preparing appraisals in the same neighborhoods for more than 40 years. He is a former Army Captain and Field Artillery Battery Commander and is as exacting with his appraisals as he was putting high explosives on target. Knowledgeable, friendly, and professionally attired with photo ID, he will arrive at your client's property and immediately put them at ease while touring their home. If the client should need some explanation of the results of the appraisal he will be happy to review it with them.
Our firm has prepared appraisals for many of the nation's largest financial institutions including JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, CITIBank and Countrywide. We are familiar with all types of appraisal formats required for mortgage financing and can get your appraisal through underwriting and review with a minimum of delay.
In addition, we have done appraisal work for the office of the US Marshal, NJ Department of the Public Guardian, and numerous private individuals, attorneys and accountants. Our work includes appraisals for estate purposes, marital asset distribution and charitable contributions.
