Having held several Managerial positions in sales/customer service for over 20 years, what I have found to be the most important and successful factor, no matter the product, is listening to my clients.
Upon initial contact, I am paying close attention to see what it is my client is looking for and/or interested in achieving and I am actively creating a plan to ensure that I can provide the best servicing plan possible. All conversations are relaxed and comfortable, never rude and rushed.
I am consistently focused on obtaining the best results possible and I refuse to ever leave my clients without updated information on the progress. I communicate frequently and am expeditious in the return of any messages that are left for me.

| Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $1.0M in Southampton, NY.
