I have been in Real Estate since 2003, a broker since 2007. I have sold hundreds of homes over the years and enjoy this business thoroughly! We have also owned income properties and have a commercial service background. Just left a franchise that was not working for us and now own a great Canadian based franchise. | Don provided excellent service from start to finish in selling my Condo. He let me know of all my options, was quick to reply to my inquiries and supported me through the sale. Not to mention that I had a great offer after only one week!!! Without the help of Don I would never have been able to sell within 1 month of my listing date and at such a great price too!!! | Tom and I would like to thank you for a job well done! You and Wes went above and beyond the duties of a real estate agent/broker. We have worked with a variety of Realtors over the years and have never dealt with any organization as great as yours . Don thank you for always helping out whenever we needed you to check on the house when we were in Ontario and unable to be there. Thank you Wes for driving Tom around town to finalize the sale of the home and assisting in loading up the truck for the move. | I wanted to take the time to send you an email to thank you Don. I was very impressed with the service you provided. You were always available to meet for a viewing, even on weekends or a stat holiday. As well, you got things to move fast and there were no problems along the way as I needed a place soon. I also have to say that I don't remember the last time I had such great and professional service. You always emailed or call me about everything going on during the process, I always knew how things unfolded. Should I ever have to sell my house, I will definitely give you a call. |

| To all who are thinking of buying or selling or both, I have purchased and sold several homes over the years and have worked with many different agents. My experience with Don far surpassed any prior. My transaction with Don from initial listing through to final sale was an experience that I would definitely experience again given the necessity. Don was consistently informative, never did I have to call to ask how a showing went, Don always called to keep me informed. | We knew from the start that working with Don would be great. From the first house visit, he was an honest, friendly, easy going and dependable guy. Working with Don was a great experience. He had a lot of patience with us and our un-sureness with buying our first house. Don was able to explain the offering process and every other area to us and answer any questions we may have had. He is knowledgeable about all areas in the field, and if he didn’t know, he found out. Even when we had trouble, he was by our side being persistent with anything that crossed our path.
