With an extensive marketing background in the banking industry, Pat started her real estate career in Annapolis, Maryland specializing in waterfront, Historic homes, farms and investment properties.  Handling the commercial investments of banking had formed relationships where she was advising investors, developers, and marinas owners and continued serving the investment needs of these clients in her real estate business. 

She has had the privilege of working with a wide spectrum of clients throughout Maryland, Virginia and D.C.  The range expands from family-focused communities, Historic properties, country properties, to luxury homes and commercial investments.  Pat finds it  rewarding to assist clients with their personal home choices as well as their investment portfolios.

In 1989 she expanded her scope to Virginia areas in Middleburg, Charlottesville, Tysons Corner and the Dulles Corridor.  Pat experienced the tremendous growth and expansion in that area as many corporations moved there and the commercial and residential property needs increased.
