Get to Know Debbie Spitale
My favorite thing about Mesquite is the variety of people who have decided to move here either as their primary residence or as snowbirds. People from all walks of life and all parts of the country make up a very eclectic population in Mesquite. That is what inspired me to become a realtor in Mesquite. Meeting so many wonderful people and helping them buy and sell their homes has been a tremendously satisfying experience. I relocated to Mesquite after retirement eight years ago. I previously resided in Reno for 40 years but got tired of those tough winters. We visited Mesquite as a vacation destination for many years and always talked about living here. Making the move to this wonderful community was the best move we ever made. I currently live in Sun City, a Del Webb community that offers numerous resort style amenities. Mesquite offers a wonderful mix of recreation, (including seven championship golf courses) gaming, (including three major hotel casinos), sports, as well as arts and entertainment programs. Mesquite also offers world class day spas. This little paradise in the desert is only 80 miles from Las Vegas, just a few hours to ZionNational Park, only an hour to Valley of Fire, and 36 miles to Saint George. Did I forget to mention that Mesquite boasts 330 days of sunshine? Mesquite’s motto is “come for the day, stay for a lifetime.” Come on by and you will see what that means.

| If I were a poet, I would write an ode to Debbie Spitale of Quality 1 Realty. When I sold my house in Idaho Falls, ID, I knew that I wanted to have a house in Nevada. I looked up homes on the internet and saw Quality 1 Realty and Debbie Spitale’s listings in Mesquite. I met with her and it was an immediate feeling of being with a realtor who knew what I was looking for based on emails only. She took me through 12 houses in 2 ½ hours as I was only down there for 3-4 days. I made an offer on one of the better ones that I liked and Debbie worked all the details as I returned home to go back to work. The house was in foreclosure but the bank wanted to dicker on the price and wouldn’t accept an amount that was consistent with other similar houses in the area. There were issues with the house regarding the appliances and overall cleanliness of the unit. After a discussion we agreed that there were others on the market for either the same price or less than and some of which were in better condition. She very professionally told the bank that I wasn’t willing to keep haggling over the price and we would be looking elsewhere (she became my heroine at that moment). She found a wonderful house and sent me pictures showing what great shape it was in and the price was what I was looking for. The house was clean, all the appliances worked and other than a leaky faucet it was in great shape. Debbie also gave me names of local handymen and other companies to call for any other needs I have. She’s done so much the last few years that I can’t list them all. I bought the house sight unseen and felt as if I had won the lottery with Debbie and Quality 1 Realty. Debbie has always been willing to go the extra mile and she is a joy to talk with. | Quality Realty is a great place to put your trust. Not only are they trustworthy, their realitors are excellent to work with. We worked with Debbie Spitale. She new what I wanted and I had all the faith in her. We bought a townhouse site unseen around a year ago. I was not dissapointed. | When we decided to look at Mesquite real estate again 18 months ago we contacted Quality 1 Realty by email. The following day we received a call from Debbie Spitale to find out what our “have to have’s” were. After describing what we were looking for, Debbie immediately gave us an MLS number that we should look at. That evening we looked at the listing and decided that we must see the home and called Debbie to tell her that we would be there in three days and want to see that home in particular but also any others as back-ups. On Saturday we drove from Salt Lake City to Mesquite, met with Debbie at 11 am, saw the home, did not need to see any back-ups, and by 3 pm we had our offer in to the sellers. Two days later our offer was accepted and four weeks later we closed on our home. We are so pleased that we were represented by Debbie. | Three years ago, my husband & I bought a home in Mesquite, after looking at several homes over a two year period. | To Whom It May Concern: My wife and I were “displaced” western folks who had a strong desire to retire in Mesquite, Nevada. So on Mary 13, 2012 we listed our townhome located just north of Austin, Texas. Near that date we performed a web-search for a responsible Realtor in Mesquite, Nevada. Based on pictures and prayers, we chose Debbie Spitale. What a great pick that turned out to be! Though we were not guaranteed that our Texas home would sell quickly, Debbie started working with us right away; learning about our housing expectations. Debbie continually provided us with available Mesquite, NV home listings, real estate savvy and most valued Mesquite data. In mid-April we drove to Mesquite specifically to meet Debbie and look at houses. Debbie was patient an attentive, studying us as we viewed a selection of homes, until she found us the home we were looking for. Returning to Texas we found that we had an offer on the townhouse and that there was a request for a quick sale and move out. Debbie was contacted and coordinated our Mesquite house purchase activities right down to recommending lenders, one of which who served us very well.
