Bill Gow has over 22 years in the mortgage industry. In 1989 he was invited to join USGI, Inc. in Connecticut, at the time, the largest multifamily seller/servicer in the country. In addition to this experience, he’s been on the production teams of Huntoon Hastings Capital Corp., Union Mortgage Corp. and US Commercial Corp. and served as an executive officer at Huntoon Paige & Co., Inc. and U.S. Commercial Corp. His experiences have involved mortgage loan servicing, institutional and private investor relations, loan trading, securitization, underwriting and production. He’s had the unique opportunity to work in both the secondary markets and in origination. Having been associated with the finest privately held commercial and multifamily companies in the country, he’s delighted to now be associated with PrimeLending, the most extraordinary single-family production team in northern Arizona. It is Bill’s desire to make homeownership a reality for his clients, whether they’re first time homebuyers or have owned many homes in the past. Bill moved his family to Flagstaff because he felt it offered a more wholesome lifestyle for raising his three daughters. He enjoys the outdoor opportunities Flagstaff has to offer.
