All I hear is that the DPA program ending this month is going to put another damper on the market.

Get to Know Rick Hurst
Thanks for your interest. My name is Rick Hurst and I have lived in the Dallas area all my life. I started a Pest and Termite control company 20+ years ago and have worked with numerous realtors and other Home inspectors during that time. Several years ago I broke out into the Home Inspection business as a full-time inspector and have the priviledge of working with my son who is also a HI.
Myself and my son usually work together as a team on the inspection.
We are licensed through Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) as Professional Home Inspectors and are members of TAREI (Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors.

I've been married for 30 years this year to my wife Kim, and we have (2) sons Chris and Leif who are both grown and married. No grandchildren yet, but we're hoping to see one soon.
