Moving in three states in three years is not an easy task. Luckily for me I have an extroverted personality and enjoy sharing my experience re-locating with anyone who is moving. No matter if it is a move across town or across the country I can provide you with details on how to make either one easier. I also have attended ERA re-location school for corporate moves and specialze in those details that will help make YOUR move run smoother.
Arriving in Burlington after a seven hour drive with two disgruntled cats in a carrier just after dark on a cold rainy April evening in 2001 it has been our home ever since. I went from being a prairie Realtor with corn fields and short cuts to all the surrounding small towns. To river bluffs that looked to me as if they were almost mountains and a vast quickly flowing mighty Mississippi River. I soon found out when issue a flood warning for this area it is no joke.
In addition to Broker's license, I have a GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), Re-location training for corpoerate moves taught by ERA Real Estate. In addition an A.A.S. in Business Management from Richland Community College.
I specialize in several different fields the including relocation clients. First time home buyers are fun to work with, it takes so little to please them and they are always so excited to get the keys. I also enjoy working with seniors as they move from large homes where they raised their families to smaller homes with less steps and fewer rooms to clean or closer to family. People who enjoy historical homes are also very interesting to work with. Actually, I can not think of any one I haven't had something in common with. I work with repossessed houses and I dislike evicting people from their homes, but I am glad when I can give them a new start in a house with "cash for keys'.
I am currently a licensed Iowa Broker. I began my real estate career in 1993 in Decatur, IL. In 1996, I became a Broker which I have never regretted. In 1998, we moved to IN. We moved here in 2001
