I run our company with the dual touchstones of Fairness and Transparency. I've been managing building construction projects since 1997 and working in the civil engineering field since 1982. This experience showed me the importance of developing trusting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate the work and improve the experience for all.

For each project, I develop a detailed budget and schedule based on finish selections and project documents. Upon request, I provide clients with finish selection guidance. The budget and schedule are updated periodically throughout the project so the owner knows how much time and money are needed to finish.

Clients on a tight budget appreciate my ability to compare "apples and peaches" to help them make choices and maintain their financial goals for the project.

I have also developed a detailed overview of the home building process from concept through construction, called the "ABC's of Home Building". In this two-night seminar, home owners learn how to negotiate the in's and out's of the building process and to avoid many of the pitfalls that cost money and cause excessive stress.
