Diane Holm is the owner of Holm Staging And Design. Her degree in Interior design and over 20 years of practice in the design field have given her the experience and knowledge that is necessary to create beautifully staged properties.
Diane moved to south Florida in 2002. Soon after moving here, she and her husband, Mike, became “empty nesters”. Her love of design led her to Home Staging. After taking the professional staging course from Stagedhomes.com, in 2005, Holm Staging and Design, LLC was born. She holds the certification of Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), and is the past president of the FT Lauderdale chapter of International Association of Home Staging Professionals. (IAHSP). She is an affiliate member of the South Broward Board of Realtors
Some of the projects that Diane has worked on that have special meaning to her are the updating of the Women’s shelter in Ft. Lauderdale, and redoing rooms in the Ronald McDonald house in Miami.
She is currently working with a number of Realtors as part of their marketing team. Staging vacant homes for investors is a wonderful way to use her creative energy doing what she loves, Home Staging and Design.
I specialze in staging vacant houses. My warehouse inventory contains furniture from traditional to transitional to contemporary. I have all the appropriate sized furniture for a small condo to a large home.
I also specialize in home consultations for Realtors and homeowners alike. It is extremely important to have a property professionally staged before putting it on the market, in order to sell quickly and for top dollar.
I am an accredited home stager who services all of south Florida. I have a degree in Interior design and have been successfully staging homes for the last 7 years.
