My passion is to do what some say is impossible...HOA Reform! I've been a real estate agent over 15 years and have found that agents and the public need more education on HOAs. After buying into a bad HOA, I have learned some ways to help my clients minimize the chance of unexpected surprises after closing. My blogs are frequently about homeowner associations, and I hope one day that laws will be made to protect the owners, and give them more rights.
