We were with a local broker for over 9 years and joined Keller Williams in December 2009. Prior to that, Steve enjoyed a successful career as a Sales Manger with IBM and recently completed a Harvard Business School Executive Education Program. Tonda was also previously with IBM and in addition has worked in banking and interior design as well. Our sales, business, financial and interior design experience gives us a unique skill base on which to draw when advising our clients.

· Communication is essential for effective client service. Expect Steve or Tonda to contact you via email or telephone a minimum of once every two weeks just to check in and share perspectives. Our clients have our cellular telephone numbers, and of course, if you need us we are there for you!
· You'll receive periodic status reports detailing what has happened in the market since your home was listed. We'll keep you up to date with the competition - what's been recently listed, what's sold, why not yours?
· We'll do periodic reviews with you to adjust pricing or marketing as needed.

· Custom flyers will be designed specifically for your property using professional photography and printed in full color with multiple pictures. Our mortgage business partners will also provide monthly payment information based on your sales price. We'll show buyers exactly what it will cost to purchase your property so they can compare it to their current home or rent payment. In other words - we'll show them HOW to buy your home!
· A custom booklet of property details will also be prepared for you to leave in your home to enhance showings. It will contain pertinent information about your property, such as utility cost estimates, your seller's disclosure, neighborhood specifics, and information regarding area schools and places of worship.
