My passion for real estate began about ten years ago when I began investing in real estate. After gaining years of experience as an investor I decided to become a licensed Realtor in 2016. When I entered the field the Fort Wayne market was just starting to heat up to its current state where homes sell in hours and for top dollar. I hit the ground running in 2017 closing 32 deals and just under 4 million in sales. 2018 is on track to close 47 homes by the end of the year grossing 5.5 million in sales. I believe that successful negotiations can be win-win, honey catches more flies than vinegar, and the best closings are the ones where smiles can be seen around the table. Selling a home can be stressful, but it doesn’t have to be!
