Get to Know Holly McPhearson
I am originally from a small farm town in Indiana, I would name it, but I'm sure you've never heard of it. I went through two years of Law School in Indiana and decided it wasn't for me. I moved down to Florida in 2002 and went back to school to earn a marketing degree. I then decided that I really liked working in Real estate and finance. I earned my state mortgage license in 2005. I worked as a mortgage broker professional with Benchmark Home Finance Group Inc. until late 2006. At that time, I was offered a position within the company as Director of Business Development. This was a great opportunity because not only could I utilize the skills I had learned as a mortgage broker, but I could also tie in my other passions of marketing and PR into one position. I have been extremely happy not only with my position, but moreso to be able to work with such an amazing company. I can honestly say that Benchmark Home Finance Group Inc is one of the few companies around that not only has an elite staff of educated, diverse, ethical people, but also offers just about any service you can think of involving Real Estate. We have Benchmark Home Finance Group, Benchmark Real Estate Group, Benchmark Title & Closing Experts, and Benchmark Investment & Retirement Solutions. We have also developed strong relationships with some of the most stable and reputable names in the community as well as affiliations with companies who are not in the real estate industry. Everyone at Benchmark really strives to develop relationships with their clients.
