I am a full-time licensed real estate sales person living in Middlebury, Vermont. I received my BA from The University of Vermont in Fine Art in 1993 and also received my AS from Vermont Technical College in Architectural Technology in 1987.

Prior to selling real estate, I was the COO of Connor Homes, a nationally known Middlebury company who designs and builds New Old Homes in a Mill-built kit which can be shipped to any site. I also spent five years at Bread Loaf Corporation, a Middlebury design/build commercial firm as the Marketing Administrator. Prior to that I worked with KP Smith Company in South Burlington assisting in Commercial Real Estate development and maintenance upon returning from four years in California where I was an award winning landscape designer.

My specialty is old homes, traditionally designed homes and new old homes. I have a passion for marketing these homes and reaching the buyers who love them. I will educate brokers, agents and buyers on the inherent value in an older house and will work with my closest vendors to provide solid buyer suggestions for upgrading system, energy efficiency and finishes.

With my design, marketing and financial background, I look forward to assisting sellers and buyers in Addison, Northern Rutland and Southern Chittenden County, VT.
