Stanton Realty was established in 1959 by Stanton J. Terranova, Sr., a 26 year old entrepreneur with young children. He purchased a small real estate business and developed it into Misquamicut's most successful sales, rental and property management agency. He named the business using his mother's maiden name (and his first name) rather than his surname. I have been a licensed to sell real estate since 1988. In 1991, I became a broker, and was invited to be a co-owner of this small, family owned business in Misquamicut Beach, RI.  In 2009, we proudly celebrated our 50th anniversary of doing business.
