The primary reasons my clients give for wanting to work with me rather than other agents is: 1) I spend their money as though it were my own and 2) I put their interests above everything else. I'd love to take special credit for doing both of these things but I find doing both things very easy; it's my nature to be this way. I love people and I love making people happy. Real estate just happens to be a way for me to make a living while doing what I enjoy. I'm one lucky person!
I specialize in higher-end homes primarily because that's my background. My personal residence in Austin, Texas sold for $4.5 million in 1998 which was, at the time, the largest residential sale in Travis County. Having had the experience of high-end residential sales on a personal basis, I have intimate knowledge of what it takes to market a home of that caliber. Although I conduct a lot of business in the higher-end of residential sales, I still love working with the first time home buyer. My personal goal is to make the home buying experience so much fun for the buyer (at any level) that they want to do it over and over again. There's no reason this should be a stressful process.
