As a Realtor I wear many hats to coordinate the sale or purchase of your home.  There are many services or "jobs" a Realtor does that are behind the scene.  I have a list of nearly 200 "typical" actions that are normally provided by a full service Realtor.  I am always looking for the newest and best ways to get the job done. The focus and goal I have is to SELL the home for the seller and coordinate the purchase of the dream home for the buyer.  I don't accept "you can't do that" or "it can't be done" with out doing my own research or exhausting all possibilities.  I'm focused on a mission... to get your house sold or find your dream home!  That's why I'm like nothing else...In Real Estate.

As a Realtor I am able to help regardless of where you live or are moving to.  Some areas of my specialty are Wentzville, New Melle, Defiance, O'Fallon, Lake St. Louis, Chesterfield, Winghaven, and the surrounding St. Charles and St. Louis Metro area.  If you aren't in Missouri I can help by referring you to someone in your area that will be just as helpful and dedicated to you as I am. 

I have tools that I love to share that keep me informed with the current real estate market.  I think they will be helpful to you regardless of whether or not you are buying or selling in the near future. Some examples I have are seminars on CD that are helpful to every home buyer regardless of whether it is your first time or 50th time buying or selling a home.   Everyone has financing questions whether they are general, specific to buying, selling, refinancing, or rebuilding credit.  I have  great contacts who work with your best interest at all times.   One of my personal favorites is an inventory counts report or the "pulse" of the market.  I use this to tell me specifically what is happening and when it is the BEST time to buy or sell in YOUR area.  Another way that I can keep you informed is my monthly newsletter that includes helpful tips and articles for homeowners, buyers and sellers.  Of course I can't list everything I am able to help you with so please let me know what real estate questions you or someone you know may have.  I look forward to a life long relationship serving all of your real estate needs.
