| It is hard to pick out just one thing that I liked about Brian’s performance during my new home purchase transaction. The one thing that really struck me is the positive attitude he always had & how he really helped me find exactly what I wanted. He listened to my needs & wants, was very patient & was a very skilled negotiator. He really cared about what I wanted…for me, my life, my health & my family. It was obvious that Brian loves working with people & he is not just interested in selling homes ASAP. Most other realtors I know are so focused on getting homes sold & just closing the deal & they aren’t really concerned about the client. Brian is ! ! ! | When writing up the condition of the home after our walk through, you went into great detail about the items that needed repairs. I know that without you having done that, I would have purchased the home in a condition that would have required me much more expense after the fact and it means so much to me that you went the “extra mile” to secure that for me, especially knowing that it was at no benefit to you. I felt you always considered situations that came up that would directly affect me during this very long process as if I were your family. You always made sure to keep my best interest. From the beginning I told you that as long as I could get the home in the condition it was in, I would be very happy. In the paperwork you pointed out that I had no stove and arranged for that to happen. I have a brand new stove because of your extra effort. I don’t recall any realtor I’ve ever dealt with to be so considerate of my best interest in a deal. You made me feel you cared. After the four months of waiting since my offer had been accepted the second broker gave me the news that he was unable to get an approval for a loan for me and I gave up. I hate to think that I could be so overwhelmed with defeat to just give up, but at that point, I felt I was broken, my spirit had hung on as long as it could and I decided to discontinue my attempt to purchase this home. A few hours after that news, I get a call from Joe because of a talk you had just had with him. He told me he could help me and that this third time around it would be different. The whole time, in the back of my mind I thought, “Brian hasn’t given up on me! I love him.” You continued to try even when I told you I would be DONE if this second VERY LONG attempt did not work out. You didn’t give up on me Brian. And now this home is mine.
