I obtained my real estate license by completing courses at Cerritos College and have continued to educate myself in order to keep up with the forever changing Real Estate market. I attended Default School receiving certifications in Advanced Evaluations and REO best practices.
I have my CDPE designation which means I am a certified distressed property expert, I am also a certified Short Sale agent (CSSA) and a certified Probate Specialist.
I belong to California Association of Realtors (CAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) and National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).
I am very focused on my career and I believe in being pro active and getting things done ahead of time.
