I specialize with first time buyers. I have an awesome working relationship with professionals that are here to help you and I sell your house or buy one for the first time homebuyers.
We must be doing something right. I am part of an enourmous networking group of professionals such as home stagers, mortgage lenders,clean up companies, handy people to spruce up your home and insurance companies for homeowners insurance.
I have assisted many families aquire their dream of homeownership in this area and I have served many clients in helping them sell their current home and then in turn help them invest in a new house that they will make their home.I believe in doing what is best for the client. YES, the client does come first! I go above and beyond many other agents in my area. What I mean by that is that I help them aquire homeowners insurance, help them transfer the utilities into their name and I even go and meet the gas company at my clients new home so there is someone to let the gas company in to turn on their gas.
I have my GRI,GREEN,SRS,ABR,CDPE designationS and my SRES designation too. My education does not end. I continuously try to improve myself each and every year.

Certifications
I absolutely LOVE what I do and there are not to many people in life that can say this or even feel this way. I have a passion for what I do. It is an incredible feeling and a tremendous obligation to have an individual and/or family entrust you with what ends up being most of their largest investment of their lives.
I have earned designations as an SRS (Sellers Rep. Specialist) ABR (Acreddited Buyers Rep) and my SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) which I am most fond of. Whenever I am involved with the senior clientel I mean the mature clientel I always try to envision helping my grandmother the most. Even more importantly, I try to think of how I would want someone to treat my grandmother, with the utmost care, sensitivity and respect.
I know that it takes a certain type of individual to serve their needs and not take them for granted so that they never feel violated. This is extremely important for me. Which for seniors I have found out that it happens all to easy and it happens far to often. Please don't get me started. I am touchy about that topic. I will save it for another time and a blog so everyone will have a chance to give me their feedback.
I have also obtained the GRI,AHWD, & THE CDPE designations too. The CDPE is now my favorite designation because it has taught me another way on how to help people in distress. Especially with the market we are on now with so many people losing their homes nowadays. I have learned how to help a family in distress and turn it into a positive by helping them avoid foreclosure.
I am in the process of finishing up my E-pro certification so I will also have this designation. What all of the designations boil down to is complete and total SATISFACTION on your part as my client. I will and I do make sure my clients are taken care of and well informed of current market conditions and trends in the area. YOUR SATISFACTION IS MY GOAL ! THAT IS MY BOTTOM LINE.
