Ginger is Broker and Owner of Mtn. View Properties and has over 10 years experience in the Real Estate industry and another 10 years experience in the Mortgage Industry. Ginger moved to Alpine in 2005 from San Antonio where she received her degree at University of Texas in San Antonio in Business Administration. She worked for an award winning mortgage company in San Antonio as a Loan Processor and Loan Officer. After moving to Alpine, Ginger obtained her Real Estate license in 2008 and became a Broker in 2010. Ginger was voted Best Real Estate Agent in Big Bend in 2011 and 2012. She has earned the award for Mega-Million Dollar Producer multiple years and was ranked #8 in the Region for Production in 2015 from Odessa Board of Realtors and is an Accredited Buyer Representative. Her motivation to have her own Real Estate office came from her desire to give West Texas buyers and sellers better service and remove the stress when making one of the biggest investments of their lives. Ginger and her Agents build relationships with their clients that center around building CLIENTS FOR LIFE and most of MVP's business is BY REFERRAL ONLY from past and current clients.
Ginger worked in the mortgage industry for over 5 years prior to obtaining her reak estate license so she has extensive knowledge of lending rules and the processes to buy and finance a home. She enjoys the opportunity to help buyers and sellers relocate to and from the area and her MVP Team offer exceptional customer service to each of their clients. Ginger has an Accredited Buyer Representation certification that allows her to provide additional knowledge and expertise to buyers and hold their hand through the process.
