Born in Wisconsin and raised in San Diego, Greg started his career in real estate in the San Diego area in 1972 and has remained active in the field ever since.  To provide one-stop-shopping for his clients, Greg also serves as lender and co-owner of RLP Mortgage, offering clients 22+ years experience in lending.  With the recent changes in both the San Diego and national real estate markets Greg and his business partners made the decision to join Advance Realty USA, opening Advance Realty Premiere Properties in Rancho Bernardo.  Plans for expansion are already underway for areas including Mira Mesa, Scripps Ranch and Escondido.   As a member of the Advance Realty Team, Greg continues to provide his clients with premiere full-service offerings as well as cutting-edge advertising and innovative marketing solutions.  The result: smooth, successful real estate transactions for both buyers and sellers.  Greg enjoys hiking with his two daughters, golf, keeping current on local and national events, supporting the Chargers and Padres, and playing ball with his Sombra, his Golden Retriever.  CA DRE License # 00417175
