Tracy, CA has been a wonderful place to raise my family, and I don't for a minute regret moving here from the Bay Area.

Certifications are so odd... alphabet soup for Realtors... here you go
EPro - I excel in on-line transactions. When selling in Tracy, Mountain House and Northern CA I utilize email, fax, docusign, etc. Frequently I sell homes were I never meet the seller.
CNE _ Certified Negotiation Expert - every part of a real estate transaction involves negotiation. So why not utilize a REALTOR who has been trained in a 3 day cource on the effectiveness of negotiations?
CDPE - Long before there were Certified Default Property Experts there was ME helping home owners in Tracy and Mountain House short sale their homes. I am certified through CDPE however
CAHAFA I've been certified to do HAFA Short Sales
Masters Club - Lots of transactions for the past 4 years... does it really matter? It doesn't to me.
The only certification I want is when at the end of the real estate transaction my buyers and sellers CERTIFY that they will use me the next time they have a real estate need

| We waited and waited. Susan told us to be patient. We found our perfect home and it was a short sale. Susan was very patient with us, she showed us additional properties and answered our questions. FINALLY the sellers' short sale was approved. That's when Susan really helped us navigate the ups and downs of escrow. We are now very happy home owners. Thank you Susan. |
