They sold their successful manufacturing and retail businesses and, aware that Central Oregon lacked resources during the 1995 boom, JoAnn acquired her general contractor's license and formed a water treatment business. Although life became hectic, it was also satisfying. JoAnn understood that this water abundant area would continue to thrive and soon started a second business installing pumps in wells. Realizing her love for the high desert would never wane, she decided to begin a different journey, one that would help others bring to fruition their dream home. What makes her different?
