My business experience extends way beyond real estate, which is why I firmly believe once my clients meet me, they understand my attention to detail, and effective negotiation and marketing skills. I have started, bought and sold several companies including technology companies. This experience sets me apart from other Realtors, and boosts my sense of urgency and requirements for professionalism. I have negotiated many successful transactions in my real estate career. I have been in the business since 2005 and I continue to sharpen my skills. My most admirable attribute is my ablity to say, IF DONT KNOW THE ANSWER, I KNOW WHERE TO FIND IT!, which is much more than most sales professionals can say. I work very diligently for my clients, and sincerely care about my reputation and clients needs. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors. I enjoy activites such as boxing, running, martial arts, baseball, and investing.
