I combine the blending of real estate and Advertising backgrounds to add that "estra edge" to my real estate career.  Having been a Marketing Director as well as a Creative Director I enjoy the marketing aspect of homes more than the average realtor- strictly because it comes easy!  All copy is written by me as well as the production of "movie" video tours and my u-tube home show.  In these interesting times I try to go "outside" the box for my clients no matter if they are selling or buying.  My partner and I pried ourselves in selling "lifestyles" not just buildings!

We work with frequently with relocation clients and pried ourselves in our "tours" as we know the city well - we can bring excitement to buyers who sometimes are sad to be leaving their homes and areas!  We truly are perfect tour guides for San Diego!  I was born in Spain and speak fluent Spanish and love it when I show property to Spanish Speaking clients.  Listing is even more adventures - try explaining "termite"... I do it with facial expressions!
