There are so many of us out there arent's there. Seriously how many ways can we actually say we do the "job" better? The good thing is that if we "mean that" it really does come accross. I have been very fortunate to not loose very many listing opportunities. My advertising background is a great asset as all copy of written by me, all photo shoots done by top professional photographer, all internet and social media manipulated by me not an assistant who really has no way of knowing what's in my head.
On the buying side I partner with my husband who has a license strictly because he LOVES Real Estate and is my official driver while I tour buyers thru areas that they are interested in. Having been a "local" for many years makes it easy to talk about the neighborhoods that we specialize in - coastal San Diego from Coronado to Oceansise and east to Poway. We make the home safe a fun adventure not just a boring tour. Many clients are sad when they get into escrow as they miss the times we have been home searching. Fortunately most of our clients become friends.

We are fortunate in our area in San Diego - from Coronado to Oceanside and east to Poway to have the opportunity to work with buyers from $350,000 to multi millions. All are treated with equal respect and care! Our office in Del Mar is surrounded by high end properties- but going down the road 20 minutes to Carlsbad we are fortunate to offer homes of the same size for half the listing price. I went out of the box years ago when I took a lengthly staging course which included doing actual staging as a final project for various homes. Since then I have had a garage full of "equipment" to get a home ready if it needs some special items. It's a job to make a home just a little "extra" special and to get positive feed back from agents as well as prospective buyers!
I speak fluent Spanish which is a great asset in San Diego as I was born in Barcelona, Spain. I love to work with clients from latin countries who even though they speak great English like the fact that they can revert to their native tongue if needed.
