I have been in the lending industry for more than 35 years.  I started in the Mortgage lending approxamently 22 years ago.  I have seen many changes in thoes 22 years. 

My first priority is my clients.  For them to be happy in their new home, and grow their assett and their family's future.  Many of my clients bought their first home, financing with me then their second and third.

   I was amoung the few loan officers that shided away from the 'sub-prime' market feeling it was a bad loan to put people in.  I and the few colleges beliving as I, would use the FHA loans with had a good underwriting pratices and used conforming interst rates as a better option for buyers with some credit problems.
