Get to Know Gail Lindhorst
Most Realtors had other careers prior to real estate. I wrote for TV. It seemed advertising was in my DNA. My Dad who wrote for television too, used to interupt our TV shows to ask, "What made that a good (or bad) commercial?" Yes, it WAS annoying! But it made me realize you only have ONE chance to make a first impression! That lesson stuck with me, and is useful now as a Realtor. Staging and presenting my listings in the best light is big deal to me! And really hearing my clients varied priorities helps me narrow their focus more quickly. Over the years, I've been privileged to work with and learn from many other professionals who've shared their tips and experiences, for which I am grateful. Now, my daughter is also a Realtor, and we're having fun and accomplishing some pretty amazing things together. Our office is in the quaint town of Folsom, where we work by referral and give back to our community by assisting non-profits.

| We were really anxious when we decided to short sale our home. But our Realtor Gail Lindhorst made the process so much easier for us! She really kept us informed through the entire process. | Earlier this year I chose to buy a home in Sacramento. It was easy in some ways as I was paying 100% cash. However, it was difficult because (1) I was living out of the country most of the time, and (2) others in my family also took part in the decision making process, and (3) I was not that familiar with what would really suit all of our needs. But our Realtor Gail Lindhorst bridged all of those gaps. She showed, we looked, and between all the parties, found the perfect home for us. Gail even found the ways to implement the legal stuff across the borders. We truly hope many others will be as fortunate as we in receiving the benefits of her professionalism.
