Initially a transplant from North Carolina, Virginia and Texas, I now live in downtown San Jose, CA.  There is so much to do in Silicon Valley and being close to the Santa Cruz Beaches, Lake Tahoe and the Monterey Bay is part of the life style in the surrounding areas. Because the Bay Area has been my home for more than 30 years, I know surrounding communities well and stay up to date with the major changes coming to this area.  The Bullet train from LA to San Jose is in the works as well as plans for the Oakland A's move to a new Ball Park in downtown San Jose.  The Diridon/Ballpark plans are continuing to develop and will be near the HP Pavilion Sharks Tank, San Jose's Ice Hockey Team. 

The downtown area will see more hi-rise buildings in the future, planned market centers to accommodate the density, walkable neighborhoods, bicycle lanes, more parks and accessibility to transportation which includes improvements in bus rapid transit.

I enjoying working with clients who are in the market to either sell or buy a home.  Working with first-time buyers requires a lot of explanations, guidance, and patience.  And, the payoff is seeing the buyers move into their new homes and sharing their joy.  This is a difficult time for many homeowners who are underwater in their mortgages and I'm sensitive to that and do everything I can to guide them through the process of short sales.
