Gilda is a Licensed Senior Loan Officer and Certified Instructor with the Arizona Department of Real Estate.
As a member of the Arizona Association of Mortgage Professionals (AzAMP)* for over 10 years, Gilda is recognized for her commitment to excellence through continuing education. She subscribes to the Code of Ethics and Best Lending Practices guidelines as set forth by the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB).
Long before Residential Mortgage Loan Officers were required to be licensed by the State of Arizona and nationally under the S.A.F.E. Act, Gilda obtained the designation of Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist from NAMB and continues to take the required education to maintain this designation.
In 2011, Gilda became a Lending Integrity NAMB Member and has earned the right to display their seal.
