Get to Know Hayden Gerstner

I'm Hayden. I have lived in Wichita Falls my whole life. I got into real estate at a young age. My parents' got me hooked on Robert Kiyosaki, author of "Rich Dad Poor Dad". When Turning 17 I joined a real estate firm as an assistant/intern. From then I moved into becoming an agent at another firm and from them transferred into my own agent and my own boss.

In the midst of everything in real estate, I started the development of a few apps and still have more in the works. I also recently started an online career as a digital design freelancer in my downtime. I enjoy anything with technology! Also exotic and muscle cars are a big aspiration in my life.

When it comes to real estate though, my clients are my #1 priority. Helping you through the process of purchasing, selling, or renting a home, land, or commercial property can be a difficult task, and I am here to relieve the pressure and make it as painless as possible!

My parents got me into real estate since I was about 15 when they had me read a Robert Kiyosaki book. I was born and raised here locally and know all of the surrounding areas. Working in a real estate background for nearly 2 years has given me great market knowledge. If you are planning to buy, you do NOT owe me a dime! What I make is taken out of closing from the seller’s broker. So I don’t get paid until I get you the house you want! If you might want to sell, the only thing you have owed, is a small percentage from closing. I also work with leases if you’re not in the position to buy or you’re wanting to lease your own home!
