My name is Emi, I am a Realtor in Atlanta, Georgia. I enjoy working with people in real estate sales and it has been exciting for me to work day in and out helping people buying or selling houses.
Being a tech savvy real estate agent, I know that most of my clients are tech-savvy as well. Not many people would 100% rely on an agent to buy or sell property these days because of the advancement in computer and internet that put us in front of zillions of data. In some way, my duty as a real estate agent is more gearing toward a facilitator and consultant than a old-fashioned agent.
Nonetheless, real estate is my career and I have the essence of a specialist in my realm; I am doing research, study, and working in this field endlessly. All my clients are well served; they appreciate my expertise in local residential real estate in Metro Atlanta, they loved the way I handled their business with integrity and professionalism, and they surely felt that they have chosen the right agent to work with that had save them a lot of hassle, time and money.
I am watching the changes in today's real estate business. I embrace changes in our daily life. I am not sure about us being possibly living in a robotic world like in the movie "Transformer" in the future, but I am very sure that buying and selling real estate in the future is going to be like buying and selling a car today.
