I was born and raised in Bavaria-Germany and moved to the U.S. in 1991. At that time I worked as an Executive for World Class Restaurants, Cruise Ships, and Hotels. I have lived in the State of Hawaii for over two decades working as a Mortgage Loan Originator since 2004. | I’ve known George for many years where he has helped me from the very first day I inquired about buying a home back in 2010. I was young and fresh out of college and he helped me prepare myself from that moment I asked him about buying a home. When the day came where I could qualify for a home, george definitely helped my dad and I buy our first home together. But most of all, George helped me when I needed him the most. When it was time for me to refinance my mortgage on my own, George went above and beyond for me. He helped me get the best interest rate, best insurance, the best deal he could find. He took good care of me to make sure that my investment was set for me. | Being a first time home buyer is a very stressful matter. I was at the middle on my vacation when i got a call from him stating that i qualified for my loan. Being far from the state of Hawaii and had limited access to means of communication had put me a lot of stress, but when i had the chance to talk to him for the first time he assured me that he'll take care of everything while i was away. His assurance gave me the foundation to trust him on my loan that i will be in good hands and that i will be able to close my loan on time, and sure enough we closed the loan in twenty-five days. I was happy and satisfied of the outcome. I received a compilation of important papers on a beautiful binder which could/would help me for future use which he had filed and organized. Mr. Thoma is creative, dedicated and passionate on his job. He delivers 100% if not more than what is expected from him which i believed a best asset for a mortgage loan originator .
