In the mid 90's I wrote a book to help my clients prepare their homes for sale (In Search of Camelot) - still used by all my home sellers today. I have earned the GRI, ABR, and the Crystal Phoenix Award for 20 Million Dollar Clubs. I am expert at pre-inspection prep and counselling buyers about issues in both resale and new construction.
