I have been a licensed top producing agent since 1985. In 1991 after being one of the highest producing agents in Northern California for a large franchise real estate corporation, I decided to open my own office. Thompson+Brown Real Estate has been in the top 20 Real Estate firms in the Tri County area for the last 13 years. Our team works with both buyers and sellers and our focus is on the areas around Antelope, Roseville, Rocklin, Elverta, Citrus Heights, Orangevale, Granite Bay and the North Sacramento area.
We specialize in finding homes other agents just can't seem to find... at least not before they already have an accepted offer. Because we are the only Real Estate office in Antelope we get more opportunities to meet with potential sellers than our competition, and we are usually the first buyer to see the home.
