My area of expertise encompasses the Fulton/Forsyth/East Cobb triangle (Cumming, Suwanee, Alpharetta and John’s Creek, Milton and Roswell).

Her pictures were fantastic and the video virtual tour was hands down the best that we have ever seen. | We were looking for a house in Cumming, GA because of its excellent school system. Having no knowledge of the area, we decided to go with a realtor from that area. Our research narrowed the list down to a few names. After interviewing a few realtors, we selected Gayle since we were very impressed not only with her knowledge of the area, but also with her technical savvy as reflected in her very informative website. Gayle showed us several existing and new houses, helping us evaluate each listing keeping in mind our needs, and always seemed more like a friend who was committed to our interests than just being a realtor. We ended up signing a contract for a new house. Gayle helped us throughout the buying process, and also negotiated with the builder on our behalf that helped us immensely. Having selected a house to move in, now we needed to sell our house. Even though we were very pleased with Gayle’s services, we again interviewed a few realtors since now we were selling a house which was an entirely different ballgame from what we went through when looking for houses. However, we kept comparing every realtor we interviewed with Gayle, and eventually decided that we want to go with Gayle only to sell our house. And boy are we glad we made this decision? If I thought Gayle was a great help and guide when we were buying the house, she completely exceeded our expectations when we listed our house (Canton, GA) with her. She guided us at every step of the journey from price analysis and staging the house, to creating beautiful pictures/videos, and vehemently marketing the house. Results were no surprise, we got several offers, and our house was sold in about 2 weeks of listing. And mind it, this was no sellers market.
