I enjoy my job because of the people I meet, and being able to maintain friendships with them. I believe that I am different than other Realtors because I care about the people that I work with. I am very dedicated to insuring that there best interests remain at the forefront. Any purchase, whether it be a first time home buyer or someone buying their tenth home, is an investment, and that investment should be done with a full understanding of the whole process. I always make myself available...no question is silly! An informed buyer or seller is the best client...There will always be unexpected bumps in the road, but it is our job to control how big those bumps are and to get both buyer and seller around them without worries!
Certifications
I pride myself on being very adaptive! I soak up all information and apply it towards any and all situations! I love working with home buyers, whether they be first time or experienced. There are many programs available for first time home buyers, and it is exciting to be able to share that information with my clients and watch them take advantage of it! Established home buyers are nice too! They already know most of the ropes, although a Realtors added knowlegde improves their experience and knowledge at the end of the transaction so they can apply it next time!
I also have extensive knowledge with investment properties. I have worked closely with full rehabbers, cosmetic rehabbers, commercial purchasers and rental investment purchasers. All have different areas of needs depending on what they are looking for as their final outcome.
I like to work in Baltimore City and County, Howard County, Anne Arundel County and even further out! I have work as far out as the PA line, Beltsville and Gaithersburg!
