In my years in Residential real estate, I have obtained my Broker's license and the Graduate of the Realtors Institute designation and recently, the SFR  My areas in Martin County that I have experience, include Palm City, Hobe Sound, Jensen Beach, Sewall's Point, Hutchinson Island, Stuart and Jupiter Island.  In addition to my real estate background, 9 years have been spent in Mortgage Lending as  a Loan Officer which really assists in my real estate transactions with customer relations and knowing how to be effective in negotiating and getting the deal to the closing table.
