So, how did I get from that guy (above) to this guy (below) - from what started out as a 10 year broadcasting career, to a path that evolved into  a 20 year real estate career.  Not so much an evolution as a progression really; from an industry where you get out to meet your audience, listen to what people have to say, and find creative ways to market your product - to an industry where you get out to meet people, listen to what they have to say, and find creative ways to market your product.  See, not all that different. 

It's been a long and winding road with radio stops in Montreal (CKO), Ottawa Valley (CKOB), Toronto(CFGM), Orangeville (DC103), and now a real estate service area stretching from Mississauga to Orangeville to Ridgeway/Fort Erie.   Having lived in condos, rural estate homes, a one room cabin, and town homes in most of these areas, I figure I've pretty well personally test driven most anything you're looking to buy or sell. 

If, after all this time, there's one thing I've learned - it's how to listen.  It was that way when I started out 30 years ago, and it's still that way today.  So, a little extra weight & a little less hair notwithstanding, I guess not much has changed after all.
