I started in this business to provide for my family, not knowing what I was getting myself into. I had done sales in the past, and thought, I can do it again. But this business is not sales, it is marketing and people, personalities, and dreams. I have been blessed to work with a numerous great clients in my tenure. The business is always changing. Rates fluxuate, prices adjust based on inventory, the reason people are selling and buying changes daily. There are many emotions when assisting someone with the purchase or sale of a home. It is up to me as an agent to povide that level of service that my clients deserve.

| During the time Joe and I decided to buy our first house, the house market has just dropped and it was tough. But with Gary's help and patience Joe and I was able to buy our house on April 26,2010. Gary was more than a Realtor doing business with us, he was our friend. He made sure we made all the right calls and moves. Gary also made sure we felt comfortable with what we wanted. | Gary was awesome in the 10 months he helped me. He was honest and protect me for not buy some house because it not worth to spend money on house so much. We communicated good in finger spelling and little word signs without writing down on paper since I am deaf. He understand easy what I said in finger spelling with my speech. I texted him many times and he responded to my text. He helped me so much on my second house and worked with owner of house and title company to save me a lot of money. | This letter is my personal recommendation for Gary Meek. I have had the pleasure of knowing Gary Meek as a personal friend, colleague, and as my real estate agent for the last 6 years. He is always upbeat and positive in every aspect of his life and work. Besides being a great family man and friend Gary is a very hard working individual. I have never known him to give up on anything that he has put his mind too. There have been many times I have just been in awe of his dedication and persistence. An example of this is when the real estate market began it decline. I saw most real estate agents just putting their head down and just basking in the doom and gloom of the market but not Gary. He saw the market as an opportunity to grow and learn, and always kept a smile on his face while he revolutionized the REO market in the Sacramento area. Gary worked from sun up to well after sun down finishing multiple BPOs every single day. I would help him from time to time while he was acquiring multiple listings and assignments and I remember thinking, how does he just keeping working at this relentless pace. During the time of the mortgage melt down as it has been called Gary took time to learn all the new processes of the real estate market. The market was beginning to change just before I began a new career. I will never forget how much Gary learned during this period of time. He taught himself so much but what set Gary apart from others is that he took the time and shared all the new information that he learned with the rest of the Real Estate team. He became a leader among men. If it wasn’t for Gary many agents would never have had a chance to be successful. I saw began to form teams of agents and it was so incredible to watch him grow to new heights in the real estate market and revolutionize it. In 2009 I had started a new career and was in a position to buy a home of my own. I have worked with well over 25 real estate agents during my time as an agent but there was only one person that I even considered to help me look for my home, and that guy was Gary. His work ethics and relentless determination is what made my decision so easy. He had multiple listing to show my wife and I only a day after asking for his help, and I know he had so much other work that he could be doing but he took out time for my wife and I. | To whom it may concern, I am writing to recommend the services of Gary Meek as a real estate agent. He was the best help we could have asked for when searching for our home. He was always willing to make time to show us houses and he always had at least 3 or 4 to show us on any given outing. He made all the arrangements for gaining access to houses and was a wealth of knowledge for all of our questions. As first time home buyers he made the experience as easy as it could be. When it came time to make offers he was more than willing to go over every line of small print and explain it in layman’s terms so we would understand what we were signing. When we finally found a house that suited us, Gary was very helpful in making sure our inspectors were on the ball and helped us get in contact with contractors who could do the work we needed done immediately. As people from out of the area this saved us a lot of time and leg work and made us feel more at ease about having people work on our house. Gary is not only a great realtor but also a great guy to work with and he was genuinely interested in us and helping us to get the house that we wanted. | Gary, Thank you so much for all of your efforts over the last year. You have seen me through until the very end, and help my girlfriend and I find the perfect home. We are so pleased with our new home, and have you to thank for it. It fits us perfectly, and you were right the utilities bills in Roseville are much less than that of Sacramento. Our house is larger and our bills are less. We started our search well over a year ago, with my father in tow, and my ex girlfriend choosing what they, wanted but you stuck it out with me through a failed short sale for 6 months, and a new woman in my life. Thank you for helping us get the rehab loan on our property also, as we have been able to do some nice upgrades to the home, and reinforce the fence, so the dogs do not get out.
