Decades of selling in Miami Beach and helping to define and create the market that we are experiencing today is one of the most rewarding aspects of selling Real Estate in Miami Beach. Someone had to be here at the beginning of the rebirth of South Beach and from my lofty perch at Lincoln Rd at the Van Dyke I have the distinction of being in my office longer than every other agent or office in the Lincoln Road corridor.
When the market started to take off in the late 1990s, I already had been here listing, selling and living the life that would become known as the South Beach of today. Lincoln Rd was boarded up, Ocean Drive was still sleepy and a Starbucks or Gap would be years away from becoming a reality.
Today as Broker of Gary Hennes Realtors I have the most extraordinary agents working with me that all have a sense of who they are and that the seller and buyer comes first.
