Florida Coast Cottages started out as a way to market our vacation rentals, but soon we were approached by other property owners who liked our website and asked us to market their properties. Our inventory of properties is growing almost on a daily basis. We handle all kinds of rentals, whether they are intended for vacation, long-term, short-term, furnished or unfurnished, 55+, corporate, travelling professionals, and families.  

Our service is very different from the majority of rentals or vacation rentals websites. We don't just list a property, we also answer the inquiries, prequalify the guest or tenant, help the client decide on the best rental for their situation, negotiate the terms of the rental, get a commitment from both sides and book them. This helps property owners avoid the issues surrounding finding the right tenant, it helps vacation property owners avoid the whole marketing and inquiries issues, which can be very time-consuming for the property owner. It also helps renters by having one contact person to whom they can ask all sorts of questions and who can help them compare properties in search of the right place for their stay. Many guests get overwhelmed by the quantity of data they receive when they send out inquiries, and we can help them sort out the information overload to help them get down to the right property for them.

We charge 10% for short-term or 1 month rent for leases of 12 months or more. We started out in Pinellas County, Florida, but we are open to expanding across the United States.
