                What got you into Real Estate? 

  Linda - We moved to Dallas in 1984 when Fred was still in the corporate world and we had two children ready to go to private colleges - we needed additional income to assist with the cost of college and a career that would allow Linda to be available to travel with Fred in his national level job.  Linda finished in the Top 5 Agents in a company with over 1000 agents her second full year.    Fred - in 1990 Fred's company downsized and eliminated Fred's job - Linda's Real Estate business had developed to the point that she needed assistance.  Fred's background as  VP of Sales and Marketing for a Fortune 100 company provided a great fit for our family venture that was fun and successful.

      Do you get referrals - what percentage?

Approximately 60% of our business is derived from Referrals from our previous clients - We have a quarterly referral contest, a monthly newsletter about referrals and we have referral parties.  We believe in the adage that you are a Client for LifeDo you have systems in place to keep in constant contact with me?  

 Yes -  we have software to remind us of every detail concerning your sale or purchase - this is the first thing reviewed everyday via real time network on Top Producer software.  We also have communications via personal FAX, e-mail, Voice Mail and personal contact.  You will decide how much you wish to be communicated with and in what manner. 

Do you invest in Training and Equipment?

 State Law requires training to renew your Real Estate License - we also select and attend at least two major seminars or training classes every year just to keep ahead of legal changes and improvements in technology.  Our accountant has to warn us regularly about what the limit is for equipment.

How do you work with a Personal Assistant?

 We use a Virtual Assistant  to "assist" us with home measurement and originating the information for MLS input and scheduling activities with service providers as our individual Action Plans call for during each transaction.  You will rarely hear from our Assistant - we prefer that we be your primary contact and representative.
